Michael started Dulora (formerly LiquidLEDs) in Sydney in 2010. Over the past 16 years, he has built the business from a small online store into a trusted brand serving more than 100,000 customers across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
His focus has always been on light quality: designing products with ultra-high colour accuracy and flicker-free performance that make homes, restaurants, and hotels feel the way they should. He oversees everything from product development and manufacturing partnerships to Dulora's expansion into new international markets.
He writes about lighting because he believes most people deserve better light than they're getting, and that the gap between a bad LED and a good one is often just a bit of knowledge. His articles in the Dulora Journal cover practical topics like dimmer compatibility, colour temperature, and flicker prevention, drawing on years of hands-on experience solving real-world lighting problems.
