Description
Description
A floating cloud of light. The ultimate blend of industrial scale and soft-touch luxury.
The Ennead | Grand Porcelain Edition is a sculptural masterpiece designed for the modern minimalist. We have paired our architectural 9-drop system with nine of our massive R160 Porcelain LED Bulbs. Unlike clear glass, the matte porcelain finish diffuses the light completely, creating a soft, glare-free glow that feels calm and welcoming.
The "Cloud" Effect
The R160 bulbs are huge (16cm wide) and feature a unique curved "mushroom" profile. When clustered together on the Ennead's 5-meter cables, they form a dense, voluminous shape that looks like a floating cloud. It creates a stunning visual anchor for high voids, stairwells, or grand dining tables without ever feeling harsh or bright.
Why Choose The Grand Porcelain Edition?
- Zero Glare: The matte porcelain glass creates a perfect diffusion. You get high light volume (from 9 bulbs) with zero eye strain, making it the most comfortable light in our collection.
- Cluster or Spider: Use the included swag hooks to spread the "cloud" out across a large living room ceiling, or let them hang vertically in a tight cluster for a stairwell void.
- Massive Scale: With 9 drops and oversized 160mm bulbs, this fixture has the physical presence to fill double-height ceilings where standard pendants would look tiny.
Ideally Suited For
- Japandi & Scandi Interiors: The matte white finish pairs perfectly with light timber, concrete, and neutral palettes.
- Stairwell Voids: The soft light washes the walls without blinding you as you walk up the stairs.
- Grand Dining: Hang it low over a large table; the soft light makes food and skin tones look incredible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How bright are Dulora bulbs?
LED brightness is measured in lumens, not watts. Here's a quick conversion guide:
- 2-3W LED ≈ 25W incandescent (200-300 lumens)
- 4-5W LED ≈ 40W incandescent (400-500 lumens)
- 6-8W LED ≈ 60W incandescent (650-800 lumens)
- 7.5-10W LED ≈ 75-100W incandescent (900-1200 lumens)
- 11-12W LED ≈ 100-125W incandescent (1300-1500 lumens)
All Dulora product pages list wattage and lumen output so you can choose the perfect brightness for your needs.
What is the lifespan of Dulora bulbs?
Dulora bulbs are designed for over 25,000 hours of use. If you use your light for an average of 3 hours per day, your LED bulb could last over 22 years. This exceptional longevity significantly reduces the frequency of replacements compared to traditional incandescent bulbs, which typically last only 1,000-2,000 hours. Note that all LED bulbs' light output gradually decreases over time, a phenomenon known as lumen depreciation.
Are Dulora bulbs dimmable?
Yes, most Dulora bulbs are dimmable, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion. Look for the "dimmable" specification on the product page. For optimal performance, we recommend using LED-compatible dimmers. Some older dimmer switches may cause flickering or buzzing with LED bulbs. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
What is colour temperature and which should I choose?
Colour temperature refers to the warmth or coolness of light, measured in Kelvins (K):
- Ultra & Extra Warm (2000K-2200K): This colour range is warm and closer to a room lit by candles. It’s a very calm type of light, but it may make tasks like reading harder.
- This calming light gives off a warm glow, similar to candlelight. However, because it is such a soft light, it may not be suitable for activities that require focus, such as reading.
- Warm White (2700K-3000K): This colour creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas.
- Natural White (3500K-4000K): Provides a balanced, neutral light perfect for kitchens, offices, and workspaces.
- Cool White (5000K-6500K): This colour delivers a crisp, energising light similar to daylight. It is best for task lighting, garages, and areas requiring detailed visibility.
Choose based on the mood you want to create and the purpose of the space.
