Description
Description
One connection. Nine points of light. A complete lighting system.
The Ennead 9-Drop System is the ultimate tool for creative lighting. Whether you need to fill a soaring vertical void or spread light across a vast living room ceiling, this system does it all. Designed with a massive 50cm ceiling plate and nine 5-meter cables, it gives you the power to sculpt light without the need for complex rewiring.
Cluster or Spider? You Decide.
Unlike standard pendants, The Ennead comes supplied with 9x Ceiling Swag Hooks. You can choose to let the pendants hang straight down in a dramatic "Waterfall" cluster for voids, OR use the hooks to drape the cables outwards, creating a "Spider" or "Canopy" effect that spreads light to every corner of the room.
Why is this the most versatile system you will ever own
- The "Spider" Configuration: Have a large room but only one central power point? Use the included swag hooks to spread the nine pendants outward. You create a room-wide chandelier from a single electrical connection.
- The "Cluster" Configuration: Prefer the vertical look? Ignore the hooks and let the 5-meter cables cascade down a stairwell or foyer for a breathtaking "Rain of Light" effect.
- Complete Customisation: You control the height, the spread, and the shape. Create a precise geometric grid over a dining table or a chaotic, organic web in a lounge, the choice is yours.
Ideal Applications
- The "Spider" Drape: Perfect for lofts, warehouse conversions, or large living rooms where you want to cover a wide area with soft, ambient light.
- The Stairwell Helix: Use the 5m length to stagger the bulbs in a downward spiral, following the pitch of your stairs.
- The Dining Statement: Swag the cables to position the bulbs exactly where you need them over a long communal table.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How bright are Dulora bulbs?
LED brightness is measured in lumens, not watts. Here's a quick conversion guide:
- 2-3W LED ≈ 25W incandescent (200-300 lumens)
- 4-5W LED ≈ 40W incandescent (400-500 lumens)
- 6-8W LED ≈ 60W incandescent (650-800 lumens)
- 7.5-10W LED ≈ 75-100W incandescent (900-1200 lumens)
- 11-12W LED ≈ 100-125W incandescent (1300-1500 lumens)
All Dulora product pages list wattage and lumen output so you can choose the perfect brightness for your needs.
What is the lifespan of Dulora bulbs?
Dulora bulbs are designed for over 25,000 hours of use. If you use your light for an average of 3 hours per day, your LED bulb could last over 22 years. This exceptional longevity significantly reduces the frequency of replacements compared to traditional incandescent bulbs, which typically last only 1,000-2,000 hours. Note that all LED bulbs' light output gradually decreases over time, a phenomenon known as lumen depreciation.
Are Dulora bulbs dimmable?
Yes, most Dulora bulbs are dimmable, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion. Look for the "dimmable" specification on the product page. For optimal performance, we recommend using LED-compatible dimmers. Some older dimmer switches may cause flickering or buzzing with LED bulbs. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
What is colour temperature and which should I choose?
Colour temperature refers to the warmth or coolness of light, measured in Kelvins (K):
- Ultra & Extra Warm (2000K-2200K): This colour range is warm and closer to a room lit by candles. It’s a very calm type of light, but it may make tasks like reading harder.
- This calming light gives off a warm glow, similar to candlelight. However, because it is such a soft light, it may not be suitable for activities that require focus, such as reading.
- Warm White (2700K-3000K): This colour creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas.
- Natural White (3500K-4000K): Provides a balanced, neutral light perfect for kitchens, offices, and workspaces.
- Cool White (5000K-6500K): This colour delivers a crisp, energising light similar to daylight. It is best for task lighting, garages, and areas requiring detailed visibility.
Choose based on the mood you want to create and the purpose of the space.
