The transparent 95mm glass envelope puts the LED filament array on full display, giving this low-voltage globe the same decorative filament character as its mains voltage counterparts. At 50W-equivalent brightness, the output is generous enough to light a room rather than simply accent it, while the visible filament strands add a warm, golden sparkle that suits pendant fittings and open fixtures equally. Operating at 12 volts DC, a fraction of mains voltage, this globe significantly reduces the risk of electrical shock in wet and splash-prone environments, making it the responsible choice for bathroom wet zones, outdoor covered entertaining areas, pool and spa surrounds, and commercial spaces where safety standards require low-voltage sources near water.
