Which base size do I need, and is E12 suitable for US fittings?

We stock a full range of bases (E14, E27, B15, B22), including the E12 Candelabra base. The E12 is the standard size for light fittings imported from the US; if you have a North American chandelier or lamp, this is the correct bulb for your fixture.

What is the difference between Clear, Frosted, and Porcelain glass finishes?

Clear glass is designed for crystal chandeliers to create a brilliant sparkle; Frosted glass diffuses light to reduce harsh glares; and Porcelain (Opal) offers an entirely uniform, matte white glow. Choose Porcelain or Frosted for a softer, more contemporary aesthetic that is easy on the eyes.

How do I choose the right colour temperature (2200K to 4000K)?

Select 2200K (Sunset Glow) for an ultra-warm, vintage feel; 2700K (Warm White) for traditional living areas; 3000K (Soft White) for a slightly cleaner look; or 4000K (Cool White) for task-heavy spaces like kitchens or work areas.

Are these LED candle bulbs compatible with my dimmer switch?

Our candle bulbs are fully dimmable and optimised for modern trailing-edge LED dimmers. To ensure flicker-free performance and a long lifespan, we recommend avoiding older "leading-edge" magnetic dimmers, which may not be compatible with low-wattage LED technology.

Do these bulbs produce "True Colour" light?

Yes, all our LED candles feature a high Colour Rendering Index (CRI), providing "True Colour" light. This ensures that your interior colours, furniture, and fabrics appear rich and accurate, rather than looking dull or greyish as they often do with lower-quality bulbs.

Broken bulbs

One bulb in our order arrived broken so LIQUID organised a replacement . . which also arrived broken. Since the packaging was good I have to suspect that it was already broken when it was packaged. This pattern had better not continue.

Good experience

I purchased 11 X 4 w dimmable candles which entitled me to a very good Bulk discount ( in addition to being freight free). The package arrived within 2 working days.
One bulb gave up after 2 weeks , however after a phone call (on a Sunday) the friendly and most obliging Customer Service Officer dispatched a replacement which arrived 2 days later.
I am a happy customer and will certainly use the company again.
I recommend Liquid LEDs as a very good on - line Family Owned supplier.

Great product and perfect replacement for my more expensive halogens

Almost a 5

So far we are very happy with the dimmable LED candles for our large light fitting & they arrived in reasonable time BUT your delivery person left the package on the ground near the letter box next to
our drive way which was open. This is out of sight from the house & the parcel remained there overnight in the open next to the road.
All other delivery vehicles drive up to the house & we would appreciate this in future although we do realize it takes extra time. Would have given a 5.

Good product for a style that is hard to find

These globes are good for candle LED globes that are dimmable as they are so hard to find anywhere.
The dimming levels seem to be very touchy and hard to adjust in small increments, but I feel this is an artefact of an older dimmer switch rather than the globes themselves.
The light it throws is soft and warm. Great for creating the right level of light in a quiet room of the house but not for flooding the room with light.

Would I buy them again?
Yes. Without hesitation.

Great. All globes arrived safe and sound and the tracking was great to know where the order was.

Great product with excellent service

Great looking product, had to trial and error with dimmer but landed with the Clipsal Universal dimmer and now have no issues. About to reorder for the rest of the house now!

Great product but I was shocked at the packaging. The bubble wrap was placed in the box and then the four bulbs were placed on top against the hard edge.

Good light - hopefully it will last as long as advertised.
