Kleine lamp, zachte gloed: de Sunset Dim Round in Porcelain, E12 behoudt de golfbalvorm en gelijkmatige lichtverdeling op een kleine schroeffitting. Hij is dimbaar en verbruikt 4,8 watt voor 400 lumen warm wit licht van 2700K, als vervanging voor een traditionele gloeilamp van 40 W. Bij de laagste dimstand wordt het licht zachter en amberkleurig tot 1800K. Het matte porseleinen glas verbergt de gloeidraad voor een zachte, gelijkmatige lichtverdeling, en de kleine E12-schroeffitting past in compacte armaturen waarin een fitting van normaal formaat niet past. Het porseleineffect
Op dit formaat zorgt de Porcelain-afwerking voor verrassend zacht licht. Omdat de gloeidraad niet zichtbaar is, straalt de matte bol overal gelijkmatig, waardoor een cluster rustig oogt in plaats van druk, zonder hinderlijke lichtvlek die de aandacht trekt. De lamp werkt ook goed met kappen en diffusers en houdt het licht helder waar een transparante lamp het materiaal kan beschaduwen. Uitgeschakeld is het een kleine, nette vorm die mooi opgaat in de omgeving. Voor een zichtbaar sprankelende gloeidraad is de transparante Round de beste keuze.
Als je de lamp dimt, wordt het licht niet alleen minder fel, maar ook warmer. Het licht verandert van helder wit van 2700K naar kaarswarm 1800K, zodat ook een lage dimstand zacht en uitnodigend blijft. Met een LED-compatibele dimmer verloopt die verandering soepel.

De E12 Porcelain Round is geschikt voor kleinere, zachtere armaturen: compacte kroonluchters en armaturen met meerdere armen, wand- en schilderijlampen met kap en bed- of planklampen waarbij een zachte gloed beter past dan een felle lamp. In boetiekarmaturen, presentatielampen en intieme eetruimtes creëert hij een warme, gelijkmatige sfeer. De kleine E12 Edison-schroeffitting past in de kleine kandelaarfittingen die worden gebruikt in compacte kroonluchters, wandlampen en decoratieve lampen.
