International Shipping
Dulora ships internationally from two warehouses: our UK warehouse in Swindon and our main warehouse in Sydney. Every order ships complete from one warehouse, so you receive everything in a single delivery. Where your order ships from depends on the products in it.
Orders Shipping from Our UK Warehouse
Orders to the UK and Europe that contain only G4 and G9 capsule globes ship from our UK warehouse in Swindon.
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £49 to UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands are excluded and pay the standard rate shown at checkout. Delivery options include Standard Delivery (Evri), Royal Mail Tracked and DPD Express.
European Union: Free shipping on orders over €69.
Other European countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Moldova): shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man: not eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Orders placed and paid for before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Orders Shipping from Our Sydney Warehouse
All other products ship from Sydney via DHL Express or DHL eCommerce. If your order contains any product other than G4 or G9 globes, the entire order ships from Sydney.
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £299, excluding bulky items such as oversized bulbs, festoon strings and poles.
European Union: Free shipping on orders over €299, excluding bulky items such as oversized bulbs, festoon strings and poles.
United States: Free shipping on orders over $399, excluding bulky items such as oversized bulbs, festoon strings and poles.
All other destinations: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Orders placed and paid for before 10am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
United Kingdom: Prices include VAT. There are no customs charges or fees on delivery.
European Union: VAT and import duties are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout.
Other European countries, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man: Applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price and collected at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
All other destinations: Local customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure.
Tracking Your Order
All international orders are shipped with tracking. We'll email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns for International Orders
Return shipping costs for international orders are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
