Het ambereffect
De spiraalvormige gloeidraad volgt een strak, ononderbroken pad over de lengte van de buis en wordt door het getinte glas verlicht in een warme amberkleurige goudtint. Het amber verdiept de kleurtemperatuur tot onder 2000 K, waardoor het licht een kaarswarme uitstraling krijgt.
