Een gematteerde kaarslamp met een diepe, gouden gloed die gelijkmatig wordt verspreid in plaats van een sprankelende gloeidraad te tonen. De dimbare E14 Candle-ledlamp Frost van 4 W levert 400 lumen extra warm licht van 2200 K door de gematteerde glasafwerking. De lamp vervangt een traditionele gloeilamp van 40 W en biedt een uiterst hoge kleurweergave. Inclusief 3 jaar garantie.

Het gematteerde effect

Gematteerd glas verspreidt de diepe amberkleurige gloed gelijkmatig over de bol, zonder lichtvlekken of zichtbare gloeidraad. Zo wordt de extra warme tint verzacht tot een zachte lichtwaas in plaats van een sprankelend lichtpunt. Het is ook de betere keuze voor stoffen of papieren lampenkappen, omdat een transparante lamp met gloeidraad schaduwen op de kap kan werpen die door een gematteerde bol worden voorkomen.

De gematteerde afwerking oogt rustig en ingetogen in de armatuur, wat goed past bij armaturen met een kap waarbij de stoffen of papieren bekleding, en niet de lamp, de visuele focus vormt. De lamp is compatibel met standaarddimmers voor faseafsnijding aan de achterzijde en biedt een gelijkmatige, flikkervrije dimcurve. Daarbij blijft de diepe, warme tint behouden tot aan de laagste dimstand.

Waar hij tot zijn recht komt

Geschikt voor bedlampen, tafellampen met een kap en woonkamerarmaturen waar een zachte, diep warme gloed belangrijker is dan de sprankeling van een gloeidraad. In de horeca past hij goed in hotelkamers en intieme restaurantgedeelten, waar hij een ontspannen sfeer met weinig verblinding creëert. Ook geschikt voor receptieruimtes van spa’s en wellnesscentra die behoefte hebben aan kalm, prikkelarm licht. Which base size do I need, and is E12 suitable for US fittings?

We stock a full range of bases (E14, E27, B15, B22), including the E12 Candelabra base. The E12 is the standard size for light fittings imported from the US; if you have a North American chandelier or lamp, this is the correct bulb for your fixture.

What is the difference between Clear, Frosted, and Porcelain glass finishes?

Clear glass is designed for crystal chandeliers to create a brilliant sparkle; Frosted glass diffuses light to reduce harsh glares; and Porcelain (Opal) offers an entirely uniform, matte white glow. Choose Porcelain or Frosted for a softer, more contemporary aesthetic that is easy on the eyes.

How do I choose the right colour temperature (2200K to 4000K)?

Select 2200K (Sunset Glow) for an ultra-warm, vintage feel; 2700K (Warm White) for traditional living areas; 3000K (Soft White) for a slightly cleaner look; or 4000K (Cool White) for task-heavy spaces like kitchens or work areas.

Are these LED candle bulbs compatible with my dimmer switch?

Our candle bulbs are fully dimmable and optimised for modern trailing-edge LED dimmers. To ensure flicker-free performance and a long lifespan, we recommend avoiding older "leading-edge" magnetic dimmers, which may not be compatible with low-wattage LED technology.

Do these bulbs produce "True Colour" light?
